Kai Gamer founded the architecture firm Kai Gamer Architekten in 2009, specialising in the construction and restoration of sophisticated residential and office buildings. In particular, designing high-quality single-family homes is the architect's specialty.
The architecture firm is based in the economic hub of Frankfurt am Main, and operates on an international scale. They assist clients around the world in realising their exclusive living space aspirations.
To this end, Kai Gamer takes advantage of the latest technologies, for example implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) for drafting, planning and executing building projects. The software’s advantages include guaranteeing optimal security when it comes to planning and adhering to the budget and timeframes, at an early stage of the project. With high-value building projects in particular, an optimised planning and control system allows a high amount of transparency for the client as well as maximum cost effectiveness.
Kai Gamer earned his architecture degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH Zürich) in 2006.
The architect has worked on an international scale from the start, beginning his professional career at Skidmore, Owings and Merrill in Chicago, where he worked on numerous large-scale projects. In 2008, he transferred to the firm’s London office, where he coordinated the planning phase for the NATO Headquarters in Brussels between the offices in London, Chicago, New York and Brussels involved in the project.
Today, the architecture firm Kai Gamer Architekten designs and plans residential, commercial and office buildings in a modern and contemporary style.
They help their clients realise their aspirations, however ambitious, through well-considered design, to create high-quality spaces that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. The architect accompanies his clients throughout all planning and work phases for new builds, conversions and renovations, offering his expertise and creativity.
