About

With its holistic approach, CAMA A is an architecture firm in Berlin with a view for the big picture and the smallest details. Marc Hensel’s vision of architecture rises to the challenge of effortlessly combining functionality and sensuousness.

WIth this vision, Marc Hensel founded the Berlin-based architecture studio in 2011. He worked as a draughtsman with several architecture firms, before studying architecture at the University of Applied Sciences in Bremen, the UDK Berlin and the Beuth University of Applied Sciences in Berlin. Earning his architecture diploma in 2000 under Prof. Dr.-Ing. Wolfgang Schäche and Prof. Klaus Lattermann, he then worked as a project manager at Kleihues + Kleihues Architekten, taking part in numerous projects and competitions.

Architect Marc Hensel draws on his extensive experience in project development, design and planning (including coordination and communication between all the specialists involved). He now transforms his ideas into concrete architecture through his architecture firm CAMA A.

Stylistically, Marc Hensel keeps his focus on simplicity and the essential, while continually maintaining a sharp, fresh perspective to find a balance between the everyday, familiar and the evolution of our needs.

Located in Charottenburg, Berlin, CAMA A offers full architectural services to accompany you through all work phases, from the initial consultation to construction site oversight, as well as specialised services such as facility management and visualisation, working with 3D models and BIM. The architect furthermore adopts the role of facilitator and initiator of new undertakings and visions. From finding the right plot of land to contact with owners and authorities, the firm is ready to assist you with project development and feasibility studies for your project.
